Towana D. is a multidisciplinary designer, community development planner, entrepreneur, and licensed Texas real estate professional with over 10 years of experience across design and sales. With a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master’s in Community Development Planning, her work bridges design, real estate, development, and hospitality. Her diverse experience has shaped an approach that considers not only how a place looks, but how it functions, performs, connects with people, and creates value. Through Towana D. Studio + Consulting, she brings creative vision and strategic thinking together to shape thoughtful, sustainable, and hospitality-driven spaces and developments that promote well-being, strengthen communities, and leave a lasting impact on the built environment.
